We are a specialist heating company that undertakes annual servicing, mechanical and electrical repairs to most manufacturers makes of central heating boilers.
We can design and install, rectify and up-grade central heating systems, specializing in combination and condensing boilers. We also install, service and repair pressurized un-vented hot water cylinders.
We undertake power flushing to boilers and central heating systems to B.S. 7593- 2006.
We can deal with all your plumbing and electrical requirements associated with central heating systems. We offer a warranty on all our work.
We are members of C.O.R.G.I. ( Nos 49363), and the H.V.C.A. (Nos 5057). through whom we are members of the governments TRUSTMARK scheme, this means that our business has been inspected and approved as trustworthy tradesmen working to a high standard for your benefit. We are technical engineers and main agents for selected manufacturers boilers.
When you make that all important decision to have a new central heating boiler and/or a complete central heating system installed, we can give you full peace of mind by offering you a Guarantee of Quality. There is nothing worse than discovering that your new the central heating boiler will not work or suffers an unexpected early breakdown or the installer you have chosen has undertaken a poor job, you cannot trace them or they will not come back to finish the work. We can help you because we are members of the Heating and Ventilating Contractors Association (HVCA) and a member of the governments quality scheme ‘TrustMark’ (hvca.org.uk/trustmark, 0800 652 7868).
The HVCA Guarantee of Quality states ‘When you employ an HVCA TrustMark registered member to install, replace, upgrade, extend or repair your plumbing or heating system in your home you will be automatically be covered by the HVCA’s Double Guarantee – applies to plumbing and heating systems with an installed value of up to £50,000- at “no additional cost”.
The HVCA provides you with a comprehensive two-year guarantee covering workmanship, performance and deposit protection and includes a further 4 years’ protection against major damage to your home arising from the work to our estimate.
The HVCA double Guarantee continues, We are so confident of the workmanship and service of our members that we protect you under the Double Guarantee scheme in two other important ways:
- If a member firm you have chosen fails to honour its contractual obligations, the HVCA will step in and meet the cost of putting things right
- If the member firm should become insolvent or bankrupt or goes into liquidation during the installation, the HVCA will arrange for the work to be completed at no additional cost to you.’
We offer our own 2 year guarantee on our work to written estimates – new central heating installations, boiler changes, and central heating up-grades or rectification work – with a free first year service to the boiler and inspection to the central heating system. When the two year warranty expires we can give you further peace of mind by offering service contracts covering the boiler and central heating system.
We would strongly suggest that all boilers should be serviced on an annual basis to assist with energy efficiency and helps to prevent costly breakdowns in the future.
